Google are reconciling the data held on Google Places and Plus to display one set of business data listings.
This means if through happenstance you have multiple listing Google will de-list one and alert you to it.
While this may have initially means your listing has disappeared, ultimately this is very good and means, as usual, that honest business owners can represent themselves fairly.

The truth about Search Engine Optimisation
Search engine optimisation (SEO) is not about getting your various web pages to rank well in the search engine results (SERPS). Ranking well is merely positive and often inevitable by-product of good optimisation.
